WorkRamp is a very intuitive LMS that is robust enough without being overwhelming or overly complicated. An added bonus is that you can build training directly within the platform without having to leverage a 3rd party software. Aside from the product, the WorkRamp team is lovely to work with. They are flexible, responsive, open to feedback, and really want to do what's best for our organization. Every interaction with WorkRamp (LMS comparison, contract signing, implementation, and launch) has been relatively stressfree and they have supported us throughout every step.
