What do you like best about FMS: Insights?

Makes monitoring teams statistics for calls, off-time, call quotas, and more, much simpler. Can easily access who is on calls, break, active, in and out times. Easily accessible and easy to figure out. Can restrict views for different employees of different levels, so different access levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMS: Insights?

We have had at least a few days in the last few months that there were “error” messages and staff couldn’t log into Cisco. This made routing and redirecting calls very complicated. Also have had issues with calls being forwarded to incorrect locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This program makes has great ability on helping monitor metrics and call stats throughout the company, the reporting is pretty seamless and detailed, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are error messages at times as well as we have experienced slowness and app crash on many occasions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
