We needed a tool that would allow our guys to easily capture jobsite photos - from initial response throughout the project lifecylce. A lot of the apps that were out there were way too complicated and way too expensive. We needed an easy to use tool (if its complicated our guys wouldn't use it), that allowed them basic features - add a new job, add to an existing job, take photos in realtime, or go back and upload existing photos (that we had taken or a client / sub contractor had sent to us. WorkPhotos is appropriately priced, is easy to use, and works exactly as we need it to. I would highly recommend. **What do you dislike about WorkPhotos?** The homepage should have a Login screen vs just Sign up - while we use the app in the field, in the office we use the browser version and it takes 3 separate screens to get to login as all of the CTAs are for Sign up (what about existing clients?!) **What problems is WorkPhotos solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with project documentation that all of our guys can easily find - aka Employee 1 goes on day 1, Employee 2 is going there for the next step - they can easily see the job. Our office people can use for documentation with insurance or the home owner / business owner. ### 2. This app instantly uploads the picture and the picture is assigned a job name by the technician who is uploading the picture. We no longer have to hunt down for pictures. ### 3.
