Sometimes the tabs take a while to load, but it's storing a ton of information so I kind of expect that – it could also just be my laptop. **What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?** No longer lose files or tabs that I'm working on for a particular project. It's also ideal when I just want to quickly check a bit of data in a report on, say, Hubspot, and don't need to dig out that bookmark and load the bookmark, I can just go straight to my Hubspot reporting workspace in Workona. ### 10. This allows me to better section out my workday and really focus on the projects at hand without having several tabs open all at once. **What do you dislike about Workona?** Occasionally Workona will have a system failure and won't load up where I left off, meaning I am set back to just the tabs I had specifically saved to each dashboard. But this is generally a quick fix since I consciously try to save the most important and heavily used tabs for each project. **Recommendations to others considering Workona:** Give it a try it's FREE! **What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?** Workona saves me a lot of time hunting for tabs buried under other tabs. It also allows me to hide all the tabs and have a completely clean slate at the drop of a hat by exiting out of the Workona extension and using Chrome natively (or creating a new dashboard within the extension). ### 15. It's annoying trying to remember which one is which. And it wastes time constantly closing and re-opening tabs over and over every day. Workona allows me to now organize my tabs like the drawers in my dresser. They are all open, but categorized in an easy to use way. I have three sections: work, school, and personal. I can now keep things organized, save time, and keep my screen looking professional. **What do you dislike about Workona?** I found that their V1 of the software was a nice to have, but wasn't necessarily essential. But the new version of the software is an absolute essential. It's now a must have. **Recommendations to others considering Workona:** It's a must have. **What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time, keeping myself organized, and keeping anxiety levels low while keeping focus at a much higher level. Almost all of my work is done online, and I used to have several windows open, each with tons of tabs. When I would switch between one aspect of work, say, ad management for client A, and another aspect - web design. I'd switch windows by pulling all of the windows up and trying to recognize by the open tab which window is the correct one. I usually guess the wrong one and end up clicking through all of my windows until I find the one I want. Now I just hit Command + 1, then click on the NAMED WINDOW! It's amazing. It's simple, but it makes transitions between my different work aspects simpler. I've already shared Workona with two other people, who are die-hard users and are sharing it with others. **What do you dislike about Workona?** There's not a ton that I dislike. I do wish it was easier to use when I have multiple screens up. I like to look at multiple windows at the same time, and Workona helps me with only one. I usually end up having Workona open and managing windows on one screen, while I use an extra Chrome window on the other screen. I honestly don't know the best way for Workona to fix this, but this is how I work around it. **Recommendations to others considering Workona:** Workona is responsive. I ran into a bug, emailed them about it, and it was fixed within a day. **What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less thought in switching tasks. I stay more organized. I used to have a dozen chrome bookmark folders, and every bookmark has every page I use often. Now I just have workona windows instead of the tabs.
