Worknice gives us one place to manage employee records, onboarding and compliance paperwork. It is easy for our team to use, and new employees can complete forms, sign documents and provide certificates without HR having to manage everything through emails and spreadsheets. The reminders for outstanding and expiring paperwork are particularly useful. They help us stay on top of compliance without constantly following people up manually. Some of the newer features are still evolving, however the platform is regularly improving, and the team has been receptive whenever we have suggested an enhancement. Before Worknice, employee information and paperwork were spread across emails, folders and spreadsheets. It was difficult to see what was missing, what had expired and what required action. Worknice has brought everything together and automated much of the follow-up. Onboarding is faster, employee information is more accurate, and we have much better visibility over compliance. We use Worknice every single day and we love to have a platform that everything is stored in one place! It definitely simplifies managing staff documents. The email alerts help us keep track of submissions and the expiry reminders are very useful. The system is also very intuitive when it comes to setting up staff profiles and distributing documents. Just a useful enhancement would be the option to leave comments directly on a staff member’s submission when an incorrect document is uploaded. This would remove the need to follow up separately via email, message or through a call. Worknice has streamlined our school's HR processes by providing an easy-to-use platform to onboard new staff; store current staff information; manage compliance documentation; process leave requests; and generate contracts. The team have been very responsive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to help us resolve a challenge within our organisation relating to staff work patterns and leave requests. The user interface of Worknice is easy to navigate, with filters and tags making it easy to sort and filter through information easily. I’ve used a number of HR platforms in the past, and what I love about Worknice is it seems like it has been built to actually solve the problems of an HR function (feels like other platforms prioritise shoving zillions of features that don’t really help). Not only does this HR platform streamline the onboarding process they allowed us to get all our compliance docs and expired certs in check. Not too mention how helpful the team is. With new features every week and a very clear road map and timeline - I really can't wait to continue to grow with such a great platform in the hands of such a capable team.
