It could be improved that the vacation days, sometimes there are misconfigurations between WorkMotion and my employer, so this is something they could improve so they don't bother me about that. The talent portal stands out to me; it's very well-structured and has everything I need as an employee in one place, like all the documents and contracts. The reimbursement of expenses is too slow, it should always be the month following the request. It takes too long, I have to make the submission by the 2nd of the month and I will get it back the following month, so it usually takes about 2 months to get a reimbursement, and if the expense is large, as often happens, then it's stressful not to have that money for 2 months.
