When we get a new message on a ticket and reply via email, the response doesn’t show up or get tracked inside the WorkMotion platform or the other way around. I like how quickly they respond to any requests or tickets I create. They can clarify legislation-related things and provide helpful explanations regarding employment, which is really fast. I get answers within one or two days. For example, whenever I have questions about how things work from a legal perspective, like being employed in Germany or about my fixed-term contract, they quickly provide replies and clarifications. Whenever there are issues with the product itself, they respond very quickly and clarify how to use their features better. Also, the initial setup was quite easy for me. The only thing is that WorkMotion doesn't provide people in Germany with permanent contracts. And so I cannot be employed under a permanent contract, unfortunately, here. So I need to submit all the travel expenses by tenth of given month, and then I'm being reimbursed with my next salary. So let's say if I bear a cost on eleventh, of a given month and I submit it to the platform on eleventh, I will be paid one and a half months later. That's quite tough.
