WorkMonitor is employee monitoring and workforce analytics software for remote, hybrid and office teams. It combines automatic time tracking, application activity, attendance and timesheet review in one workspace, with desktop agents for Windows, macOS and Linux. Managers can review activity timelines and connect recorded hours to clients, projects and tasks. Pro adds composite productivity scores, heatmaps, an AI productivity copilot and a public REST API. Business adds bill and cost rate cards, invoicing, a revenue/cost/margin dashboard and payroll export with validation. Enterprise adds SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning and a tamper-evident audit log. Members can inspect their captured signals in a personal transparency dashboard, use per-signal consent controls and pause capture. The free plan supports up to two users with basic analytics, timesheets and periodic screenshots at a 15-minute cadence. Plan limits are published at workmonitor.ai/pricing, and the public demo can be explored without signup.
