"I'm glad we can keep an eye on how people are feeling in our company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

The survey is straightforward to complete, and we tend to get pretty high completion rates. People are encouraged to leave qualitative feedback anonymously (but with a chance to receive a reply from managers) and this has led to a lot of useful conversations that wouldn't have happened otherwise. Managers find the tool easy to use and we often look at specific areas to focus on. We recently started using it for company and team OKRs too, which seems better than putting it all in a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

The functionality for managing individual goals and 1-to-1 meeting agendas/actions is a bit inflexible, and people have struggled to adopt this in our company. Managing OKRs is a new functionality and has some limitations too, especially when trying to reset/revise OKRs every quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reviewing Softstart as an onboarding tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

Softstart is visual and offers many interesting templates to get you started. The activity plan is available in both list and calendar mode. Many graphics and icons make the experience quite intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

Somewhat harder to get an entire hiring group involved. This is not a showstopper by any means, but when using the tool as only a participant of the onboarding process in one or two activities, sometimes the sharing aspect is less convivial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is pretty good, easy to use and fast to load"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

It is very user-friendly; it took me just a day to learn how to use it and navigate its different features; compared to other solutions, it is pretty straightforward and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

Actually, I can't recall disliking something specific about it, maybe the way the company structure diagram was presented; you had to zoom in and out constantly when using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Became Top 10 Places to Work using this software"
5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

We love OfficeVibe. The feature we love most is the insights/statistics it provides daily, allowing us to track all areas of our business over time. We use this to manage areas we need to work on, find out which departments are doing well (or not) and fix critical issues within our business. We are a power-user of OfficeVibe and have been able to obtain a ranking of Top 10 Places to Work by using the information it provided our management team.I provided a video review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcizT-SOt9w Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

We find the 1-on-1 templates/scheduling a bit clunky so we use other software to do that. I love their action items, but we've never quite figured out how to make the 1-2-1 review work well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great visual guide to Organizational layout as a whole"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

Whenever I need to find out information, such as who is someone's Manager or who is a colleague of another teammate, I know I can use Pingboard to find this information quickly and easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

Sometimes it is not easy to find individuals once the organization is large enough. When the group was around 300 employees, it was easier to navigate than when we hit 600 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meaningful Engagement & Feedback from Employees!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

The user-friendly interface, combined with the analytics, makes this a quick and helpful resource for us. It's easy for employees to engage with and insightful for the employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

It's harder to get useful analytics for our smaller teams. Officevibe requires a minimum number of employee responses before it provides any gathered data. This makes sense to safeguard anonymity and ensure that employees feel safe sharing their feedback. However, for a couple of our smaller teams/departments (4-5 people) it withholds all feedback sometimes if 1-2 people don't participate in a survey. We mostly have great participation, but when someone goes on vacation, for example, and skips a survey, we lose out on the whole team's feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Connecting Remote Coworkers"
5/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

I love that Pingboard makes it easy for me to find out who I should reach out to and let me catch a glimpse of who I'm reaching out to. In our remote work world, I struggle to know who works in other departments, but Pingboard makes that much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

Pingboard could use a UI update. I'm new to the software, and I'll admit I'm not aware of how long it's been around, but it's aesthetically dated, in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New Hire Onboarding!"
4/5
What do you like best about Workleap?

Softstar was amazing for onboarding new hires into our organization. As a smaller entity, it was a way for us to adequately use technology to help us with this endeavor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workleap?

There's honestly not a ton to dislike about Softstart. The implementation process was honestly a bit slow, but then it was super easy to use and grasp once we were moving again! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
