Workkk is employee monitoring and HR management software for small and growing teams. Your whole company shows up in a live 3D virtual office, where each employee's avatar shows their real-time status: working, idle, on a break, in a meeting or offline. A lightweight desktop agent tracks work time and builds attendance automatically, with idle detection, consent-first screenshots, app and website usage, and live screen view. Remote control only happens with the employee's approval. Workkk also covers requests and approvals, payroll with leave and holidays, HR documents, built-in team chat with file sharing, and reports and analytics, so you can run your team from one app on web, desktop and mobile.
