Lots of bugs and the workflow is very far from being intuitive. The system is flexible and if you're tech savvy, you can make it work, but it's very very very frustrating to my team to deal with the bugs and counterintuitive workflow. Jobber (which we had switched from) was 100x more intuitive and smooth. The current financing options are limited (i think the max is 5 or 10k), which is tough for my type of business, but they're working to improve that so I don't expect it to be an issue forever Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been doing years of messages keeping up with paperwork. Work is kind of makes it all seamlessly together. There are many helpful things about workiz. It helps me keep track of all my payments, send invoices, tag my jobs and label them on what needs to be done. Great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I have had was using the phone. My safari automatically blocked the window because of a "window pop-up." Gladly the workiz customer service replied fast and helped me step by step to open the phone window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part about Workiz is the simple and easy to navigate interface. I love the amount of customization I can have with custom fields. I can add anything I need to client cards, invoices, and estimates. The automations also are extremely helpful for confirming appointments and gathering general customer information.
