I've relied on them to adjust any issues and explain the capability and limitations of the software to my satisfaction. When there's a need for an improvement they've actually listened and put improvements into place to bring as much value to our processes as they possibly can. **What do you dislike about Workiz?** I have a diverse servicing offering that is based on junk removal, which Workiz executes well. When I branch out from that core competency is when I experience issues with where my business and the software have conflicts. It's not a poor reflection on them, it does what its designed to do very well, but I often have to create work arounds for jobs and clients that are outside my primary function, so it can be a little challenging. The only reason I would consider other software would be to have a wider variety of function in the marketplace with greater ease of diversification. Workiz does very well with what they do, this is more of a reflection of the difficulty of my business than it has to do with their software. The vast majority of what I do can be accomplished very efficiently. **What problems is Workiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** All my clients enjoy the ease of payment and clear communication I'm able to provide through the software. I'm able to look back on the history of jobs and customers to ensure I know what I've previously quoted and I'm able to share that with my technicians. I can track and collect invoices and see relevant client actions. I've integrated Workiz with my website so customers can book directly and I achieve a lot of accuracy and efficiency with that capability. I'm able to input important detail and/or customers request under job details . I also love how it notifies customer we are on our way. We decided to pay the full year since on their website indicate there is no contract and you can cancel at anytime. So, we decided to cancel and were told there will be no refunds. Service techs immediately receive work order, so no downtime between jobs.
