I love how Workiro made our office go completely paperless almost overnight, letting us store every document, email, and file in one intuitive system. The threads keep everything organized and easy to find, and the search function is powerful, making it quick to locate information. The signature feature is essential for compliance, and the product keeps evolving with helpful updates based on our feedback. One thing that could be improved is the task completion workflow: the 'mark complete' process can be a bit clunky and results in too many items building up in the catch-up section, requiring too many manual clicks to clear. I really appreciate that Workiro eliminates the need for clients to sign up for an account just to sign documents—this has made getting signatures much easier for my less tech-savvy clients. The open API is a huge plus for me, as it lets me automate tasks and create custom workflows. The document management and retrieval features are a game changer: it’s so much easier to find signed documents or important emails compared to my previous system. The Xero integration, especially with XPM, is saving me hours each week by syncing client data automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workiro? One limitation is that you can’t assign multiple email addresses to a single contact, which would be useful for some of my clients. Also, some of my older clients don’t use email at all, so there’s no way around still posting documents to them. What problems is Workiro solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Workiro to store documents and emails, as well as getting clients to digitally sign documents. The benefits are twofold. The digital signature function doesn't require any sort of client sign-up, so its much easier for them, and I get documents signed quickly and easily. Secondly, having a central location for all documents and emails, broken down by client and contact, means retrieving information for compliance or practical purposes is quick and easy. The best software in its category with easy user interface. It can be integrated with lots of softwares. You can send emails , attachments which is secured with your team. You can integrate your outlook account with this for sending mails easily and it will labeled automatically according to types of mails. It also gives esign facility through which you can make your contracts, documents, agreements signed digitally which will save your time and money too. You can track the progress, manage them from backend. You can add your colleagues, team members with your project. Manage your project and track how your team are working. It is mobile friendly alos. Recommendations to others considering Workiro: I will recommend this software as it will keep your files securely and encrypted. We have integrated with Outlook and Chrome to send emails in a single tap. For business documents signing process we have used this for esignature.
