I am really impressed with the real-time floor plan. There is also this feature called digital wayfinding, which honestly is very interesting given that my office is a labyrinth and it can be difficult to find colleagues.

The floor plan takes some time to load on a few days

We wanted to enable flexible working from the office. And with WorkInSync, we could achieve the same. By pre booking the desks along with parking and meals, I am sorted.

I wish there was an option to view historical data
of my parking usage, like how often I’ve used a spot or trends over time.

The mobile app can be slow at times. Sometimes, it takes time to load the floor plans of the parking area.

Work in Office has been extremely helpful in sending in our request in the mobile app to get approved from our Management walking into the office seamlessly and getting allocated to the desk mentioned during the pandemic and getting our desk sanitized has been comforting from the hygiene perspective.

**What do you dislike about WorkInSync?**

I haven't come across any disadvantages from the mobile application, from registration on the app to approval, and getting to work from the office has been seamless and easy, to say the least.

Work in Office has been extremely helpful in sending in our request in the mobile app to get approved from our Management walking into the office seamlessly and getting allocated to the desk mentioned during the pandemic and getting our desk sanitized has been comforting from the hygiene perspective.

It's overall good to have a track of employees in a cooperative environment. Especially in my training period, I managed my work as I always see when I started working and how many hours were left to work that day, which mentally prepared me for the whole day.

**What do you dislike about WorkInSync?**

It has a bug in the location service setting, as I can deny my location while in the office, which is not good as one can mark attendance outside the office too.

You can add a reminder in the app to remind an employee to mark attendance through the WorkInSync application, which benefits all employees as they keep forgetting it.

The helpful thing about this application is it very easy to use, and anyone can use it easily with one click. You can book your desk, and the UI is perfect and attractive

I don't think that there is something to dislike as I use it is perfect for me, and easy to use, and very handy as compared to other applications. in starting, days I was not familiar with this, but nowadays, it is helpful for me.

We cab book the slot for total one week, which is easy and minimal time we can do the slot bookings, otp displays at the application which is an easy feature and route map can be seen easily

Till now the application looks good to me al the features are handy and as per my observation some time when driver gives otp to start the ride it won't accept.

As i said above movein sync application is handy as a individual employee i can make cab bookings and seat allocation for myself, I will not be reaching to transport team all the time

I have used this application for one and more months, and I like this application very much. There are no bugs, and I didn't find any difficulty in using this application.

The best part is it is straightforward to use and has a clear UI, which helps people to get a better experience.

I didn't find any dislikable thing in this but sometimes it stucks while using this mostly when we use the QR scanner to scan the QR code, It takes time to complete or somtimes  we have to restart this aaplication .

Things have been great since we implemented WorkInSync to manage our meeting rooms. Our employees don’t fight for the rooms any longer. Also, the ability to see which rooms are empty and occupied is something I like about the product the most.

Nothing at the moment. There was earlier an issue with the app stopping sometimes, which was resolved after raising a ticket.

I think the biggest issue was fighting over the meeting rooms. We have a limited number of meeting rooms available. So, they are always in demand. But not knowing their booking status was creating a lot of confusion. WorkInSync has definitely solved this problem. There is transparency, and we all love it.

The concept of hot desking can be very confusing, especially in a large office like mine. When using WorkInSync, we can factor in everything starting from proximity to the team to ease of collaboration. If you ask me, it is the ease of use that makes me like this product so much.

**What do you dislike about WorkInSync?**

While it is a great app, the loading time can be high sometimes. At times, when I am in a rush, it becomes really difficult.

I mostly work remote but am required to be in the office for at least 5 days in a month. Unlike my colleagues who are more frequent at the office, we have a set of hot desks to choose from when working from the office. With WorkInSync, I can see which hot desks are available for the taking on the day of my visit, and ultimately I can book the same. It has made hot desking easy to be honest.

All I need to do is enter the names of the people who will be attending the meeting with me. WorkInSync sends out a notification to all of them at once. Also, it gives information like the room booked, time of the meeting, etc. Their service too is something appreciable.

I really like this application. I would like to see them add a feature that would allow me to invite people for physical meetings outside the organization. Also, sometimes, double meetings are created on both the calendars. They should look into it.

By integrating with existing calendars, WorkInSync makes sure that all the information required to conduct smooth meetings is available in one place. I do not need to deal with multiple apps. For me, it was the ease of use.

With WorkInSync, I can easily book desks for myself. I can also choose between hoteling and hot desking desks, so there's always a desk available when I need it. Plus, everyone gets a desk of their preference.

WorkInSync has completely changed how we go about booking meeting rooms. In fact, truth be told, we would just wait and keep checking if the meeting room of our choice was free. It was such a waste of our time.  I mean you cannot just keep waiting for a meeting room. With the WorkInSync app, I can check the availability and book the meeting room of my choice and book it in advance. I believe all of us have benefitted out of this as it has saved us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about WorkInSync?**

As is true for most apps, WorkInSync could work more to make the app faster than it is right now. The lag is annoying sometimes.

**What problems is WorkInSync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me in specific the issue of meeting room booking and space management. Time is money, real state is Gold. The apps helps in both fronts. There is a lost of cost saving because our workspace is now better managed and no unnecessary overhead costs.
