## About Workhuman Years of Service
Instead of giving your people leaders and talent teams additional to-dos, Service Milestones leverages your existing HRIS to take care of everything. The program generates awards for upcoming anniversaries and automatically invites each employee’s network to contribute their congratulations. It even sends reminders to those who haven’t added a message before the award is delivered! While other platforms deliver hollow “Thanks for X years!” notes, Service Milestones brings employees back to what has defined their journey, from their biggest wins and proudest moments to the inside jokes only their colleagues could tell.

Its a good app to motivate the team members and the products are also good. I have had a good service for an issue too.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Years of Service?**

Points are too high for products perhaps that needs to be worked out.

**What problems is Workhuman Years of Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not think I have faced any such issues to high light.
