The questions that guide you as to the appropriate amount of Kudos to award don't always seem relevant - a person can have a huge contribution working all day and night on a project that's delivered in a single day or over several days and this should be recognised in the same way as work over several weeks or months episodically during the working day. I have issues with the Bravo economy. Some items are more cost-effective than others. For example, the Yorkdale gift card is most cost-effective compared to other items. These items are also available at Yorkdale, meaning there's no point in using your Bravo points on them.
