## Workhuman Social Recognition Reviews
 ### 1. Boosts Morale with Recognition, Needs Greater Integration into existing communication tools, and ease of recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge colleagues' standout efforts, which is appreciated as a virtual pat on the back and morale booster. It feels good to be recognized and also to give recognition, offering assurance that my efforts align with company goals. I also like how it allows me to give discreet recognition to colleagues for efforts not known to others, informing their manager of their valuable contributions.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think having a Team page or section for recognitions could improve the experience by increasing the frequency and number of recognitions. An integration with Slack for announcements and shortcuts would help increase interactivity. Also, while the recognition process is set up by the company, it involves several steps and could be simplified. I believe a point system for peer recognition would encourage and increase peer recognition and re-enforce positive work activity and behaviours.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition highlights extra efforts, boosts morale with recognition from peers and managers, and supports remote work by acknowledging contributions without needing meetings.

 ### 2. Immediate, Meaningful Recognition That Strengthens Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DARSHAN S. | AUTO PD CLAIMS ADJUSTER, Insurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman Social Recognition stands out because it makes appreciation immediate, visible, and genuinely meaningful—it turns everyday contributions into shared moments of recognition that strengthen culture, boost morale, and help people feel valued for the work they do.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don’t have any dislikes about Workhuman Social Recognition — the platform consistently creates a positive, engaging experience. It makes recognition easy, meaningful, and visible, and it genuinely strengthens connection and appreciation across teams.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps solve the challenge of making appreciation consistent, visible, and meaningful across the organization. It ensures great work is acknowledged in real time, not just during formal reviews, which boosts morale and strengthens team connections. By making recognition easy and accessible, it creates a more supportive culture where people feel valued and motivated, and that directly enhances my engagement and overall work experience.

 ### 3. Empowers Recognition, Fosters Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how intentional and human the recognition feels on Workhuman Social Recognition, making it more than just transactions. The platform makes appreciation highly visible through the social feed, which makes it feel shared and celebrated across the organization. I also appreciate that the recognition is tied directly to company values. It reinforces the values that our company aims to promote, and helps employees understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the social feed is a great aspect, it can also become crowded at times. More robust filtering or personalization options, such as prioritizing recognition from direct teams or managers, would help to make it easier to find the most relevant content and celebrate recognition from your closest peers.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to celebrate achievements meaningfully, ensuring timely, visible appreciation aligned with company values. It boosts morale, enhances engagement, and drives social connections through inclusive, real-time recognition.

 ### 4. Effortless Recognition with Quick Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerrianne C. | Medical Lead - Vaccines Pipeline

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for giving and receiving rewards at work, and I really like the platform because it's very easy to use. There are a ton of options available for how to redeem your points, which is great. I especially like the gift cards page, which I use the most. When I choose a gift card, the voucher code usually comes through within minutes, so I can redeem it very easily. It's also very easy to send a bravo award to others; it only takes a minute or two. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I personally wouldn't use my points to buy an item on site because usually the price isn't as competitive as if I were to buy the item elsewhere, hence why I only redeem gift cards from the platform.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to give and receive rewards at work, making recognition a key part of our culture. It's easy and straightforward, allowing us to feel recognized for our hard work.

 ### 5. Effortless Recognition and Appreciation Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I find most helpful about Workhuman Social Recognition is how straightforward and intuitive it is to record positive interactions with colleagues. While expressing gratitude in person is always valued, having a record of appreciation received from coworkers is a wonderful bonus. Using the website is very user friendly, and has a lot of features that are beneficial for the user and company!

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

At the moment, my main suggestion would be to make it easier to set the privacy level when sending an appraisal to a coworker. The current options for restricted and open are a bit confusing.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that Workhuman Social Recognition addresses the challenge of not being able to keep track of the thank yous and appreciation we receive in real life. It allows users to monitor and visualize the positive impact they've had on others. This feature is valuable not just for me, but for all employees, as it helps them see the influence of their work and use that insight to their advantage in their daily tasks.

 ### 6. User-Friendly and Quick Recognition on the Go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiley R. | Manager -Clinic Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

User friendly, quick and easy. I can enter a recognition very quickly and keep moving throughout my day.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I have no dislikes at this time. Maybe the more I use it the more I may have more feedback.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with recognitions very quickly.

 ### 7. Empowers Recognition, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like that Workhuman Social Recognition is a very well-designed website with varied levels of recognition. It's perfect for acknowledging not just extraordinary work, where there's an extraordinary award, but also for giving someone a simple shout-out when they help out. It's definitely the best thing about Workhuman. The UI is quite helpful and easy to use, which made the initial setup a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the UI has been really bad earlier. But I think now it's very good. One thing that I think really will make a difference is if I get an award from someone and when I say thanks as a comment, it's not really a congratulations. But you're just saying to my award giver, thanks for recognizing me. But you see the same in the comments. Right? You see that both awardee and then a general guy also comments on the same. Some of the things will say just say thanks, another says wow. What a great work. So I think there should be a difference from that where I should be thanking the award giver a different sort of a comment and a placeholder for that. And, you know, which should not appear or doesn't really have to appear on the award. Whereas general comments should be put in.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps me recognize peers' talents widely, ensuring accolades are visible to VPs and directors. It keeps a record of achievements even if roles change, solving the challenge of consistent acknowledgment.

 ### 8. Empowers Peer Recognition, Offers Diverse Rewards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew N. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows people to assign points and that it offers a variety of options available for redemption. The ability to have employees recognize each other without it being top-down is a great feature. Additionally, I appreciate that the initial setup was easy because it seemed to know everything.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find who it shows me in the feed to be random and not highlight people I work with

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues, fostering peer recognition without being top-down.

 ### 9. Effortless Peer Recognition, Simplified Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace V. | research assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition really easy to use and I appreciate the option to choose a category to recognize a peer, especially because it makes the process straightforward even when I'm busy. The initial setup process was also easy, thanks to the good SSO integration.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't like having to ask a manager to recognize their team member. We should be able to do it without the manager's involvement.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for recognizing peers easily, especially when busy. It's simple to use, though I'd prefer recognizing without manager involvement.

 ### 10. Exceptional Recognition Tool with Reward Variety

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Learning and Development Manager Neuromuscular Rare Disease

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge and reward colleagues for exceptional and above-and-beyond work. I appreciate how the platform allows for recognition when people perform work outside of their job description. I like the variety of ways to redeem points, including getting gift cards to buy many different things or redeeming them directly for high commodity items. This feature enhances my experience with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I believe this could be specific to my organization, but it is sometimes difficult to get the system to actually reward points for certain behaviors. When trying to send points you're asked questions that determine how many/if they receive points, which can be frustrating as it doesn't allow for nuance.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge colleagues for exceptional work that goes beyond their job description, providing a way to reward such efforts.

 ### 11. Simplistic UI Elevates Team Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like Workhuman Social Recognition for its simplistic UI and the ability to write messages for recognition. It allows me to recognize colleagues for their good work and for following organizational principles and values. This capability helps me develop a sense of togetherness in the team. Additionally, the initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think personalized messages for a group of colleagues should be there

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues who follow organizational values and go beyond their work scope, building a sense of togetherness in the team with its simple UI and message writing feature.

 ### 12. Easy Point-to-Gift Card Conversion and Shopping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use it for converting points into gift cards, and also for shopping.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There isn’t anything specific. I think it’s about the products in the shopping cart.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After one year, my points were expiring, but after I contacted them, they resolved the issue.

 ### 13. Enhancing Company Culture with Workhuman

Workhuman has boosted the morale of the team and collaboration across with healthy competition.
Employees also get to know the work done by peers or friends within the company.
Additionally, ease of claiming the gift cards and there are many options available to buy the products from like croma, pantaloons , variety of domain options are covered.

 ### 14. Empowering Recognition, but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daff C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is flexible, as the points received can be used immediately, saved and accrued for a larger purchase, or even transferred as credit for gift cards or experiences in the shop. The recognition platform is hugely appreciated by colleagues because everyone is empowered to nominate others for awards, bringing more valuable and real rewards for their contributions. It also provides consistency of awarding, especially for cross-functional teams or those across multiple countries, taking into account local guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There are a few gripes, which can be improved. Some prices are quite high in the online shop. The cap for receiving points is too low. When nominating multiple people, where some people have met their cap and some haven't, there is no flexibility to allow variable points gifting.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides a consistent way to recognize positive contributions across teams, empowering colleagues to nominate others, and offers flexible options for redeeming recognition points.

 ### 15. Beautiful Interface, but Rewards Store Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush G. | Software engineer 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The interface is very pleasant and does a great job of displaying the team's recent recognition. Even though the company is quite large, it still highlights the people I work with, which I appreciate. The color scheme is also very appealing and adds to the overall aesthetic.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

When it comes to redeeming the awards, I find the store provided is not suitable for me. The prices are very high, and there is no way to see the quality of the products, such as through customer reviews.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform addresses the challenge of bringing company employees together by providing a space where they can be recognized across various parameters. It effectively facilitates integration and acknowledgment within the organization.

 ### 16. Effortless Recognition, Inspires Team Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasi S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition incredibly easy to use. It is one of the best sources for recognizing, awarding, or rewarding my team. I really appreciate the wide range of options available, from gift cards to direct purchases, which make it very user-friendly. One feature I particularly like is being able to provide Amazon gift cards. This is great because our team can directly purchase anything they need from Amazon. Plus, the availability of brands, from luxury to Indian ones, makes it very convenient to gift someone. Setting it up was a breeze, just log in and you're done in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I believe there are more Indian brands could be added to that. Because I use it from India, I would like to see more Indian brands.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate colleagues, keeping the team motivated and inspired. It solves the challenge of recognizing contributions, making sure no one feels demotivated.

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to make it easier to bring visibility to everyone in the team and help build a stronger team bond and a culture of recognition.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It is comprehensive in what the recognition is for and what the ultimate reward is. It drills down to specifics.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It takes a significant amount of time to click through and answer all the questions required to recognize someone, whether I’m giving a reward or simply sending a thank-you.

It’s encouraging for my overall performance, and the rewards are okay.

The initial setup was smooth, and it also integrates with tools like Microsoft Teams for directly sending in chat.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The mobile app feels less intuitive compared to the web platform, making quick recognition harder on the go. Also, search and filtering can be cumbersome when trying to find past recognitions or specific people if the search functionality isn't robust enough.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for employee appreciation, boosting engagement, and celebrating achievements. It helps with recognizing hard work, and seeing public appreciation boosts motivation and encourages others. Adding messages, values, and rewards makes recognition feel genuine and tailored.

 ### 20. Effortless Employee Recognition with Great Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

It is great for celebrating work anniversaries and milestones too. I like the ease of use, and it provides a good user interface for reimbursing gift cards and other incentives. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to choose rewards with uniqueness and different offerings. I find it very easy to use within our system.

 ### 21. Effortless Employee Recognition That Truly Values Contributions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Easy to recognize employees, peers or stand out players and show that they bring value to the team along with their contributions being noticed. Can be used at any time when an employee or group stands out and directly impacts work force relations. Easily integrated and implemented with employees in mind. Able to recognize and use at any point, when just saying thank you isn't enough.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Only downside to the social recognition is some people would rather remain behind the scenes and although you're able to send the achievements or recognition directly to the people involved, the approval and company process still tends to highlight someone who might otherwise not want the attention for going above and beyond their regular job duties. Awards and redeeming can also be quite expensive, which is the main complaint.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping recognize contributions that are normally outside the scope of daily job functions and the employees that contribute to continued support and success. Employees enjoy the recognition and feel appreciated when they're able to get more than just a pat on the back and the run of the mill "Good Job".

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The home page doesn't immediately show your personal awards and when you do click on "My Dashboard" it shows up as older style format with no information on who recognized you and if it was part of a team.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way to formally recognize and be recognized for hard work while keeping a history for future managers to see as a marker for employee quality. It also reduces the risk of informal gifts that could have business tax implications.

Recognition feels timely and visible, which really encourages people to do their bestwork.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There aren't any major downsides, but sometimes the platform feels a bit feature heavy, which can be overwhelming for new users. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anushree T.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for peer-to-peer recognition and redeeming cheer points. I love how it solves the problem of multiple platforms by acting as a single platform where I can review all recognitions and shop or redeem cheer points, like a one-stop shop. I really appreciate the feature of recognizing or receiving recognition in front of a large group, as it acts as a motivation for everyone. ### 33. Making efforts seen & valued

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Recognizing people for their skills and talent is a powerful way to build a positive workplace culture. The portal makes this process simple and meaningful and also maintaining a record of past acknowledgments proves valuable during performance evaluations. It’s a thoughtful way to express gratitude, motivate colleagues, and ensure that their efforts are truly seen and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Many times, people do not actively recognize their peers, and even when recognition is given, the process can be slowed down by lengthy approval cycles from managers. Additionally, limited budgets or funds for rewards can restrict how often employees are formally acknowledged. These barriers can reduce the impact of recognition programs, making it harder for employees to feel valued consistently.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman social Recognition fosters encouragement, strengthens teamwork, and inspires individuals to continue contributing their best.
Personally, recognition motivates me to keep putting in hard work and striving for excellence. It makes me feel truly seen and valued for my efforts, reinforcing that the contributions I make matter.

Plus, the user interface is pretty good, making the experience pleasant. Nominating others for awards is super quick— it only takes a minute. I'm also happy with the initial setup, which was easy since it was handled by the company.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would like to have separate areas for team member and company feed that I can look into.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 37. A Great Way to Publicly Recognize Coworkers’ Accomplishments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kausar C. | Group policy servicing administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really enjoy being able to praise my coworkers in a public platform so their accomplishments can be seen by all

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I dislike that a manager has to approve my recognition of someone else as if my opinion holds no weight

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows an anonymous and incentivisable method to recognise and motivate others

 ### 38. Easy, Efficient Coworker Recognition and Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drafneer . | Repack associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

It’s easy and efficient to acknowledge my fellow coworkers and recognize their successes, and I also like being able to see what they’ve achieved.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s frustrating that, as a coworker, I’m not able to award my fellow coworkers what they deserve, even if it’s only a small amount.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than making support easier to reach and more helpful, nothing else comes to mind.

 ### 39. Great for Real-Time Recognition, But Needs Better Search for Past Moments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I appreciate most about Workhuman Social Recognition is how it makes recognition visible, timely, and inclusive across teams and functions. It’s easy to give a quick thank-you or highlight great work in the moment — which really helps reinforce positive behavior and cross-functional collaboration in a tangible way.

It’s also a great reminder that contributions don’t need to be huge to be meaningful. Recognizing effort, support, or even a small win fosters a more connected and supportive culture, especially in a fast-paced environment like ours. Plus, the transparency of seeing others being recognized gives you better visibility into work happening across the org.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One area I think could be improved is the visibility and discoverability of past recognitions. While it’s great to see recent recognitions in the feed, it can be hard to find or revisit specific messages later — especially if you're trying to reference a moment of impact during performance reviews or feedback conversations. Better search and tagging functionality would make the tool more useful over time, not just in the moment.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition is helping solve the challenge of making appreciation more visible, timely, and meaningful across teams — especially in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment like ours at Moderna. With so many moving parts, it can be easy for great work or behind-the-scenes contributions to go unnoticed. This platform creates a simple and consistent way to acknowledge those moments — not just within teams, but across departments.

 ### 40. Simple Setup, Inspires Team Motivation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajana S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how Workhuman Social Recognition encourages people and motivates them by giving a small thank you. The system of receiving gratitude points and having built-in prompts to determine how many points to give is excellent. I also love that others, including management, can see the recognition, which is a big plus. Moreover, the initial setup was very easy, making it accessible from the start.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

not as much awareness

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to encourage good work, give small thank yous, and motivate colleagues. It enables us to recognize efforts through gratitude points and prompts, with recognition visible to others, including management.

 ### 41. Quick and Easy Way to Share Positive Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's great that you can easily and quickly leave positive comments for a colleague

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It can be face less - often nice to receive feedback face to face

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guess it helps to boost colleagues - keep morale high

 ### 42. Empowers Team Culture with Intuitive Recognition and Flexible Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit S. | Software Engineer 1 - IT, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The biggest upside is culture reinforcement at scale. Workhuman creates a lightweight but consistent way to appreciate impact beyond formal reviews. The rewards are practical and flexible, which increases adoption, and the platform feels intuitive rather than forced. From a developer perspective, it helps surface invisible work—mentoring, unblocking others, knowledge sharing—that usually doesn’t show up in metrics but is critical for team success.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

From a usability and impact standpoint, the analytics and insights feel surface-level. It’s hard to derive deeper, actionable signals around contribution patterns or long-term engagement. Also, recognition can sometimes skew toward more visible work or outspoken contributors, while consistent but quieter impact can still be underrepresented. Finally, it’s great for appreciation, but it doesn’t naturally connect to growth, feedback, or performance discussions without additional systems in place.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a large organization, meaningful work often goes unseen, especially contributions like collaboration, mentoring, or unblocking others that aren’t captured by traditional metrics or performance reviews. Workhuman solves this visibility gap by creating a simple, scalable way for peers and managers to recognize impact in real time.

For me, this translates into clearer acknowledgment of day-to-day contributions and better morale. It reinforces positive behaviors early instead of waiting for quarterly or annual reviews, which helps maintain momentum and engagement. Over time, it also builds a culture where appreciation is normalized rather than exceptional, making collaboration and ownership more sustainable in a fast-moving engineering environment.

 ### 43. Transforms Recognition into Meaningful Impact

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Ams verification engineer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I really appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition transforms recognition from a simple 'thank you' into something that feels visible and meaningful. I like the ease of use and the variety of rewards it offers. It really helps in creating a thriving culture where appreciation is visible and valued. The initial setup is well supported.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

everything is okay for me

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition creates a culture of appreciation, making recognition visible and meaningful with ease of use and reward variety, solving common organizational challenges.

 ### 44. Effortless Recognition, But Points Management Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaeli A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like how Workhuman Social Recognition lets me recognize my coworkers and show appreciation. It's quick to use, which helps a lot because I'm busy, and it shares recognition within the company, making people feel appreciated. The initial setup was super easy, just one click and I was in.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find how to allocate points and change point value difficult. It's not easy to find where to do it. A simple button selection or write-in value would be easier.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to truly appreciate my coworkers. It's quick, so it fits into my busy schedule, and sharing recognition company-wide makes people feel appreciated.

 ### 45. Effortless Recognition That Connects the Whole Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how easy it is to appreciate and recognize someone’s effort on this platform. It makes saying “thank you” simple and meaningful. The best part is that it connects everyone in the organization, so recognition feels more visible and impactful.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One thing I find a bit challenging is the notification system—it can feel overwhelming at times when there are too many updates. Also, the search feature could be better; sometimes it takes a while to find older recognition posts.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman helps solve the problem of people’s efforts going unnoticed. In a busy work environment, it’s easy to forget to appreciate someone, but this platform makes recognition quick and visible to everyone. It creates a positive culture where employees feel valued, which improves morale and teamwork. For me, it has made it easier to build stronger connections with colleagues and keep motivation high.

 ### 46. Builds a Culture of Appreciation with Meaningful Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelesh S. | Technical Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Encourages a culture of appreciation — it makes sure that people who go the extra mile, help teammates, or contribute meaningfully don’t go unnoticed. The added reward is great, but the real value is in recognizing effort and motivating everyone to keep supporting each other.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Nothing as of to be disliked about the platform.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of unnoticed effort by rewarding meaningful contributions. For me, it boosts motivation and recognition, and the built-in store with gift card redemption makes the rewards tangible and personally useful.

 ### 47. Effortless Recognition, Culture Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becki-Louise F. | Leadership Development & Culture Change Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is an easy and interesting platform to use. It encourages people to give recognition. It allows me to send thanks and congratulations to colleagues in a way that can be seen by all and with added value. The platform is also valuable because it lets us connect our recognition and reward system to our culture change journey, helping to integrate these aspects while keeping employees happy and recognized for their work. It's built into our workday, making all our celebrations visible, and the setup was very easy, with not much to do from an employee side.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Maybe reminders to use the platform could be built in, reminders that points may be running out etc

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition makes it easy to send thanks and congratulations in a visible, valuable way. It supports our culture change journey by integrating recognition into everyday work, keeping employees happy and acknowledged.

 ### 48. Enhances Recognition and Collaboration Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to send and receive recognition for my coworkers. It helps recognize people for their contributions in a way that others can see, which fosters collaboration across different groups. I like seeing on the feed what my coworkers have been doing in terms of going above and beyond, and understanding what it takes to achieve success. I appreciate the variety of rewards available, especially the gift cards. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think sometimes the thing that you're rewarding someone for might not fit squarely into the pre-determined 'award reason' categories. I also think people should be able to access this platform from their personal devices. Workhuman was recently excluded from the approved applications on personal devices after the security update last month.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to acknowledge contributions visibly, enhancing collaboration across groups. It helps see achievements on the feed, encouraging success, and offers a variety of rewards.

 ### 49. Seamless Recognition with Intuitive Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bishu R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem coupons for DXC recognition, to order awesome products that are really very good in quality. The process of redeeming coupons and gift delivery is very streamlined and good. Recognition feels genuine, not transactional, and Peer to Peer recognition is my favorite. Recognition reaches people regardless of location, allowing remote employees to feel equally visible and valued. It integrates with multiple tools very easily with low friction. The interface is very intuitive and clean, which helps new users to use the application easily. The initial setup is very easy, and we don't have to do much for any new member. Everything is tied together very well.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Sometimes the recognition feed becomes overwhelming, and important recognition messages get lost. Also, the reward catalog has some limitations, and local preferences are not always fully covered.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition solves the hassle of coupon redemption and gift delivery, making the process streamlined and enjoyable.

 ### 50. Seamless Integration That Makes Recognition and Rewards Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamran H. | Associate Director Field Medical Team in Immunology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It is seemless with company systems and tools and allows for recognising others rewards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Because reward points are limited, recognition feels restricted, and many of us end up running out of points by the end of the year.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appreciation of colleagues and to acknowledge the work they do with more than a thank you. The system is a quick to use and natural programme that is appreciated by the awardee
