For an organization with global operations and employees, the Workhuman platform is a great initiative to bring everyone into one place for recognition and to celebrate together. 3. I also appreciate the flexibility to recognize anyone in the organization, which makes it more encouraging for competent individuals. 4. There is a wide variety of products to choose from when redeeming rewards. 5. Its many features—such as the awards feed, email reminders for work anniversaries, the approval process for rewards, the inclusion advisor, reward privacy settings, and various recognition metrics for people managers—are very advantageous and support the overall recognition process. 6.
