The overall concept of the programme allows for recognition which can be "cost free" or can also reward employees with an actual gift, product or something "real" - I think this is really a strong concept, aswell as the ability to give public thanks, and have other users see this is overall a great tool for larger scale recognition. Honestly, the tool is strong as it is. Of course, redemption options could be wider and more varied - and in some cases, redeeming the points for items can be quite costly in terms of real cost of the items, which some employees may find frustrating. Ultimately employees often don't feel recognized, or they get a simple email from a manager or a thanks in person; but this doesn't really "scratch the itch" of recognising those performing well. I appreciate the ease of using Workhuman Social Recognition. It's self-intuitive, and even a child can start using the platform from day one. When I open my profile's landing page, it provides me with a summary of my history and what's happening across, making navigation to different slides very easy. I like the multiple ways it offers to give a shout-out to fellow employees, whether with just recognition or combined with a monetary benefit. Additionally, the platform enhances the shopping experience, which I find quite valuable. The initial setup was seamless, just signing in with SSO made everything very smooth. I might be wrong, but because of their tie-ups with different platforms, the value conversion to purchase anything seems higher than shopping elsewhere. If I compare the price of any item using the platform and search for the same item directly on an e-commerce site, the price differs. Maybe that can be improved. This recognition motivates me to push myself harder because I know my hard work will not go unnoticed. It also gives me a sense of individualism, allowing me to stand out. Some items are more cost-effective than others. For example, the Yorkdale gift card is most cost-effective compared to other items. These items are also available at Yorkdale, meaning there's no point in using your Bravo points on them. I really appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition allows us to recognize associates for their integrity and passion in their day-to-day jobs. It's a great tool that helps team members who aren't always personal with each other to recognize one another and create feedback loops. This aspect is impactful. I like that it helps with key performance indicators, making sure we're doing the right things even when no one is looking. It adds value by engaging team members and building a foundation that encourages them to stay. The platform also helps with retaining top talents by allowing them to be recognized and get little rewards like free gifts, which feels good. The opportunity to give and receive recognition without needing to speak in front of crowds is something I value, as it allows for thoughtful reflection and shared feedback.
