The UI interface is really easy to use, it's very clearly explained - though I was having trouble finding a CX/help contact information. The overall performance is really quick and efficient - and it's amazing how many different rewards they offer at so many different locations (and receiving an unexpected amount of money to put towards it is amazing). It's also straightforward to find a coworker by searching their first or last name. I like being able to see the rewards that people within my department have received and who in the company sent them. It highlights the positive impact we have in the hospital and among staff everywhere. Seeing these rewards encourages me to recognize others and reminds me of various activities worth praise. A way to recognize coworkers for the great work they do as well as be recognized for your efforts.
