"Excellent product, exceptional support, fantastic value." 5/5 What do you like best about Workhub? I really like the whole product. Having worked in paper systems for most of safety career the functionality and efficiency which SafetySync brings just makes safety system management a completely different experience. We use SafetySync for all our clients and we've recommended it to many industry colleagues. However, as great as working with the system is, the best part has been the interaction with the developers and support personnel. Whenever we ask for a change the response is always positive and the requests are always implemented as quickly as possible. It is a great company to work with. Recommendations to others considering Workhub: If you are currently managing a paper based system I cannot stress enough how much better your world will be when you switch to SafetySync. If you set it up properly, you will wonder why you ever waited so long to switch. Simply one of the most effective tools a safety team can have access to and you won't believe how cost effective it is. It really doesn't make any sense at all to stay with a paper based system. Efficient collection of data is allowing us to effectively validate compliance with audit requirements and the integration of mobile forms is creating a significant level of increased efficiency and cost saving through the reduction of paper consumption and the reduction of paper processing time. I like the ease of having documents and systems all in one location. It is easy to navigate, and customer service is knowledgeable. I haven't worked with any integrations. I find the performance more than adequate. Fast for how much it is loading. The pricing is right at our price point. What I like the most about Workhub is how it centralizes training records, certifications, policies, inspections, and compliance documentation in one easy to use platform. It helps our company stay organized, simplifies employee onboarding and training management, and makes tracking expiries and compliance requirements much more efficient. What do you dislike about Workhub? I dislike the fact that you cant completely customize someone's profile to better suit what their certificate requirements are. Example: For a contract Driver position, you have to add multiple CVIP certificates for one driver if they have multiple units, but for another contract driver, he miught only have 1 unit but then there are 5 units missing, which affect the compliance. Before using Workhub, tracking training records, certification expiries, and compliance documents across multiple employees was time concuming and difficult to manage. We’re glad to see that you’re using a variety of features in Workhub, and that you find it user-friendly and easy to navigate. The ability to upload videos into incident reports is a great feature and could be something we consider in the future. However, at this time, from a data storage perspective, it would be quite resource-intensive, especially considering that many devices now record in 4K, which can result in files that are several gigabytes in size. That said, if video uploads are an important feature for you or your organization, there is an alternative that may work well. You can upload videos to a private YouTube channel and paste the link into Workhub within the event description or any other text field. When videos are uploaded as unlisted on YouTube, they won’t be publicly accessible, only those with the link will be able to view them.
