I may alter my calendar options to suit my particular workflow by creating repeating appointments, reserving certain timeslots, or even adding buffer intervals between meetings. While optimized for online scheduling, it is equally suitable for in-person scheduling. Calendly simplifies rescheduling significantly. It covers all the essential functionalities with features like a client portal, reminders, automated scheduling, team/group calendars, real-time notifications, convenient mobile access, and third-party payment processing integration. Per week I have to coordinate between four and nine meetings, which meant that a large part of the day had to be dedicated to coordinating and reminding my prospects of the days and the schedules. Since I've been using Clendly, that time is almost non-existent because the process flow is fully automated and so I can dedicate time to what is really important, which is the content and objectives of the meeting.
