Workfront, similar to the other Adobe products we have used, is effective and beneficial for any team! Coming from a smaller organization, I can say that Workfront has contributed to a much smoother process when planning, organizing, and coordinating internal matters. What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you? Non profit organizations are constantly needing to seek out resources in order to accomplish their mission. When only allocated a specific number of resources, it is imperative to be strategic and plan the best way to make this all work. Workfront has a lot of ability to set technical deadlines with detailed predecessors, assignment details, resource management, and more - both at a task and project level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workfront? It’s extremely laggy and buggy for larger teams and the overall usability is super poor. It seems we are constantly dealing with some sort of Workfront issue. We were also told we could do X Y Z with this product, yet there never any answers on how we can make those solutions possible for our team. Support is slow and mostly unhelpful. I’ve spent my entire career working in project management systems and Workfront is in my bottom 5 every time, especially considering the pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
