"Streamlined Project Management with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I use Workfront primarily for project and task management within cross-functional teams. It helps track work requests, assign tasks, manage timelines, and keep everything documented in one place. Workfront helps reduce confusion around task ownership, priorities, and deadlines by keeping everything in one place. It improves visibility into project status and dependencies, making planning easier and cutting down on follow-ups. What I like most about Workfront is the visibility it provides into tasks, timelines, and ownership, keeping projects organized and reducing the need for constant check-ins or email follow-ups, which helps the team work more efficiently. Integrating it with other tools helps keep communication aligned and ensures project updates are visible across teams. Switching to Workfront from a combination of spreadsheets and email-based task tracking made it much easier to centralize projects and keep everyone on the same page. Although the initial setup was a bit time-consuming, once set up, it ran smoothly and became easy to use day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workfront?

The user interface can feel a bit complex at times, and there's a learning curve for new users. Some workflows also require a fair amount of setup and customization, which can be time-consuming initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Workfront?

I use Workfront primarily for managing multiple projects with my team, and it's a great tool for setting up detailed project timelines, assigning tasks, and making sure everyone is on the same page. I love the visual timeline feature; it makes it easy to track deadlines and dependencies between tasks, which helps me stay organized and ensure important deadlines are met. The collaboration features are also useful as I can communicate with team members directly on tasks, reducing the need for excessive emails or meetings. Additionally, integration with tools like Slack makes sharing resources and updates easy. I appreciate how it visually displays tasks and their dependencies, allowing me to track progress and adjust timelines quickly if needed, and the integration with Slack is a great way to receive notifications and updates directly in Slack channels, making it easier to communicate with the team without switching apps. What do you dislike about Workfront?

The mobile app performance can be slow at times, making it difficult to update tasks or view detailed timelines on the go. The app can sometimes take a while to load when accessing larger projects or complex timelines, which makes it less efficient when I'm trying to quickly check or update tasks during busy days.
