I really value Workfront's robust options for customization. These options are a huge help as they let us solve unique circumstances effectively. I also appreciate that Workfront allows us to say 'yes' to solutions most of the time, and if not, there's a space to provide feedback for future improvements. Reviewing the Release notes through several links to get to the content is not ideal. I wish Workfront would better prepare their customers with best practices for areas of review to consider when introducing new features, so it doesn't shift that burden to the customer. Maybe create a Workfront project to walk the system admin through the Release Review so that the information is actionable and easily surfaced for review, documentation of validation, and offer best practice for any governance or instance considerations as a result of the change. With AI, there's also an opportunity for growth to prompt, with analysis, to inform System Admins about the actionable areas of their choosing. (Great advancements in AI are coming!) Setup isn't difficult, but you will need to make sure that you have taken training and read documentation to determine governance and best practices before introducing technical debt you didn't intend.
