What do you like best about WorkforceHub?

It’s a one stop shop for all employees. Easy for tracking clock-ins/outs as well as review vacation requests and accruals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?

I would like to see the “conditionally approved” feature be improved. Currently it doesn’t really alert the employee that an additional step is needed to complete the approval so it sits as “pending”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's about Time for an easy timekeeping system"

What do you like best about WorkforceHub?

Ease of use. We are spread out across 15 states so this makes keeping time organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swipeclock is easy to use and user friendly.thats a huge deal for a company with multi-state locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can't set up customized time zones for the app, it seems silly but that can be a big deal for time keeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WorkforceHub:

It's great for all types of employees, those that clock in at their computer and those that clock in on the road. Also exporting reports is relatively easy compared to other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Swipe Clock saves time."

What do you like best about WorkforceHub?

Our employees are able to clock in quickly and their hours are transmitted to the webclock each evening automatically. With the data being available online, our individual accountant can then access this for payroll processing without us having to mail him our time cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkforceHub?

The time entries are only transmitted from the SwipeClock memory to TimeWorks Plus once a day. I can not view live tracking for which employee are clocked in at any given time. This may be available through TimeWorks Plus, but not on the model we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkforceHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously I was having to hunt down each employee to make sure they completed their time cards and turned them in to me. With the use of Swipe Clock, all time cards are immediately available and I can quickly identify missing punches.

If there was a problem with employees falsifying their hours, TimeClock plus highlights the punches that have been edited rather than swiped on SwipeClock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
