Profile of employee section is not user-friendly. Too many steps to save each tab to set up a new person or change multiple things at one time.

First names are listed first on employee invite screen instead of uniform lists by last name.

I do not care for the NON ALPHABETICAL BY LAST NAME filtering. Who has ever done that. THey fixed a portion of it but the invite list and PTO Balances are still alphabetical by first name.

I wish the payroll side of this were together. THe transition was a bit confusing. I had a hard time with payroll at first and ALL STAFF complain about their PTO not showing up on their pay stubs. THis is a result of 2 companies and apparrently guhroo does not print PTO balances on PAYSTUBS

I wish PTO followed through with integration

Integration for payrolll was a pain and is still a pain every time I do my monthly financial as they dont integrate as you would expect with quickbooks. If that could be fixed that would be great, Have thought of switching back to quickbooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
