I enjoy using Workforce as an easy way to track time and schedules for a large remote workforce. Having access to a live clock in system remotely allows me to track my employees in real time while also giving them the freedom to log their own hours, time off, and submit to payroll. The platform is very manual and given all of the access points, employees are able to manually enter and edit time. This creates a high amount of user error as well as an inability to hold people accountable. The reporting system is nice, but very cumbersome and manual.
