Also effectively schedule and manage vacation / personal time between users. **What do you dislike about WorkForce Software, an ADP Company?** System does not always work as intended. Sometimes employees register double (or on-existent) punches when using the phone or webclock, which automatically creates an exception that a manager has to fix manually. If you are managing a large team where everyone clocks in/out four times a day these little glitches really add up and become cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering WorkForce Software, an ADP Company:** It is a decent enough solution for time tracking and worker management but by no means the first one I'd go with all other things being equal. **What problems is WorkForce Software, an ADP Company solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees are able to accurately project how much vacation they will have even if it has not yet been accrued and plan accordingly. ### 2.
