**What do you like best about Workflow Activities Kit by VirtoSoftware?**

Virto is pretty quick to learn, beneficial for simple Kanban flows and team organizations. The support team is also responsive and helpful. You get all of that for a reasonable license fee.

**What do you dislike about Workflow Activities Kit by VirtoSoftware?**

You have to use it from within SharePoint, so the UI is less than intuitive. If you need to do things like tightly integrate with custom RESTful APIs (in both directions), or have boards with multiple lanes that each have different columns and flows, there's not enough support for that.

**What problems is Workflow Activities Kit by VirtoSoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our management team used it to manage our objectives/key results at a high level. Using Virto helped us manage our priorities and keep focus on the key items.
