Virto is pretty quick to learn, beneficial for simple Kanban flows and team organizations. The support team is also responsive and helpful. You get all of that for a reasonable license fee. If you need to do things like tightly integrate with custom RESTful APIs (in both directions), or have boards with multiple lanes that each have different columns and flows, there's not enough support for that.
