Two things stood out for me. First, the mobile app—and I mean a full admin experience, not a stripped-down companion. I could build, edit, and publish schedules from my phone exactly as I would on desktop, which matters enormously when you’re running a live event and nowhere near a desk. Second, the time clock. Workfeed didn’t just help me schedule my people; it became our system of record for hours worked, and that data fed straight into payroll. That’s what turned it from a scheduling tool into operational infrastructure. Beyond that, it’s simply easy to use: very little upfront setup, and the copy-and-paste function saved me hours when I was building repeating shift patterns across a 23-day run. That said, we used it for a defined 23-day event rather than for ongoing operations, so I can’t really speak to how well it holds up long-term. I’m the Volunteer Program Manager for the Miami Host Committee, which produced the 2026 FIFA Fan Festival—the longest-running Fan Festival of any 2026 World Cup host city at 23 days, with over 2,000 volunteers and two shifts per day. As administrators for Memosik, Workfeed has truly simplified our scheduling and team management. The platform is incredibly user-friendly for both us and our young team members. Our young employees have quickly embraced the app and love the ability to easily swap shifts, track their working hours, and plan their music assignments at elderly care homes. They experience a freedom and flexibility previously absent in scheduling processes. Workfeed does more than offer a technical solution - they actively support our important work of building bridges between generations. By streamlining our administrative processes, they enable us to focus on our real mission: creating meaningful encounters between youth and seniors through music. Our administrative time has been significantly reduced, which means we can invest more energy into our nursing home performances, concerts, and social activities. My name is Andrew Lowe and I am the assistant general manager at Brookswood Equipment & Hardware in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Workfeed has become essential in our workplace. We moved from Harvest about 4 months ago and it has been a huge gamechanger for us. Our employees can now clock in and out, and we can do payroll with a few clicks of a button. This creates accountability in our workplace, as well as modernization. This program is much more modern and provides us with a bit of a "step up" in the eyes of our employees. Berry has been great with communicating updates and made the whole integration so easy and seamless. We literally had it set up within a day. I approve my employees clocked hours quite frequently, and with each update Workfeed provides my life just gets easier and easier. My team is growing and it was hard to keep track if I communicated everyones schedule. And with a lot of changes, non-overlapping schedules and personal leaving for holidays it was getting harder and harder to remember who was going where. By adapting workfeed into my work routine it has made my life a lot easier. My personel seem to be very happy with it as well as I get no more questions regarding the schedule.
