The best things about WorkETC are:

What problems is WORKetc solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main business problem solved was finding an all-in-one business management tool. There are other tools out there but mainly for one primary reason. Whether if it's invoicing, project management or CRM. WorkETC provides all the tools you need that almost any business can use. WorkETC provides a great team and client/contact interaction. What do you like best about WORKetc?

Work ETC is an excellent tool that helps me capture the continuous data stream of my work, and convert it in something more tangible. Emails that request or ask something regarding my work can be converted in tasks or support cases, emails appointing me to some meeting will be converted in events, new business opportunities are converted into Sales leads..... and all this is done with many devices, gmail, smartphone and all this information is automatically linked to clients, projects, time sheets, billing, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WORKetc?

I should have a better integration with social media being able to capture sales leads that come from forums in Linked In or twitter. It should have profiles connected to groups that help me identify people looking for professionals like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my webdevelopment business it's difficult to find a product that suits a lot of needs (planning, CRM, projects, invoicing, documents) in an easy to use way. I like that it is cloud based so that I can access it anywhere

I like the way that it allows my to combine virtually all of the activities of my business in one place
