The solution guides learners by helping them find and stay on their educational pathway, seamlessly surfacing real-time information about their courses, their finances, and their path to graduation. The cloud-based solution includes student recruitment and admissions, curriculum management, student record and enrollment management, and financial aid and tuition management. As part of the Workday platform, the solution provides an intuitive user experience for the campus community across all of their roles. For example, students register for classes in the same system they use to enter the hours worked for their campus job, and faculty enter grades in the same system they use to view financial information about their grants or select their employee benefits. ## Workday Student Reviews ### 1. It is an app that can be used for HR, student information, CRM, and much more. I like how to program can do so much with one login. It makes it easier for large organizations to work together and have fewer programs to login to for daily tasks. **What do you dislike about Workday Student?** I am not happy with the training aspect. To be fair, my organization is currently implementing workday, and it is not the easiest to navigate. It will be easier once I figure it out more, but it is not too easy right now to use. **What problems is Workday Student solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time Managmenet, CRM, Student Applications, HR Purposes, Student database/information, Advising/Enrollment ### 2. Sometimes you will click on an icon and the only thing you see is text with no option to continue. **Recommendations to others considering Workday Student:** It is a good solution to keep students informed of issues that need their attention. **What problems is Workday Student solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assignments can be given quite easily and the communication between students and faculty seems to have the potential to improve. ### 4. It allows employees to submit the time they worked, request absences, see their next paydays, update their own information, and much more. **What do you dislike about Workday Student?** This software requires the employees to know how to use the software at an extensive level to which I don't think they're intuitively equipped. There are simply too many features to account for and it's overwhelming. In this case, I think this product suffers from feature creep. **Recommendations to others considering Workday Student:** Be sure that you explain how the software works. **What problems is Workday Student solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are being able to submit your timetables with much more ease and efficiency, assuming that everyone fills this information in correctly. ### 6. Nice that there is an app to use on the go. **What problems is Workday Student solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each team member keeps track of their own hours logged which can later be approved. Easy to keep track on a person to person basis. ### 7. I like the calendar and reminder function within the platform; this is helpful to stay on track. **What do you dislike about Workday Student?** As mentioned above, the scheduling/reminder function WITHIN the platform was great, but I wish this could have been further integrated with personal or Google calendars. **What problems is Workday Student solving and how is that benefiting you?** Academic training and refresher courses as well as scheduled outreach messaging to manage materials. ### 8.
