What I like the most in workday is it's simple interface that you don't have to ask your Boss how to use it. Just a simple click then back then you will simply find the information or simply do the task provided to you. I worked for 3 companies before and all of them are using WORKDAY like what workday again? ok, I know how to use this. I never encountered any bug in Workday as I mentioned that it's simplicity made it easy to use by just clicking then back then you will not lose your way in or out. The problem that large company may encounter is the communication between the back office and it's production employees. With the help of Workday, we can download files that they are sending and or we can easily submit documents that they are asking by just simply uploading it.No need to queue at their office or go there physically and it saves us a lot of time. The best thing about the Workday application is that it user friendly and simple to use, it does the work quickly in minutes. At the moment the only thing I do not like about the application is that we are yet able to use it completely for attendance purposes, I guess it's not about the application error, but also from my organization. It is one of the most easiest and simplest interface I have come across in my professional career. Streamline of all the spendings at one place solves for multiple challenges in manual tracking otherwise. Automatic saving of incomplete expense report has helped me save so much time always. Workday started out as an HR and Finance solution and this is very evident in the Workday Student module. The programmers seem to think llike HR and Finance people, not like users of a Student Information System. Industry-wide common "normal" terminology is changed either for no discernable reason, becasue the commmon terminology wasn't known, or because the terms had already been used for something else in the HR or Finance modules. In the company that I used to work with, we used to use workday to get more information about our position, about the company, important newsletter that we needed to read, open positions, etc. The experience was good, it was easy to get the information needed, mostly I used it to check the requirements to apply to possitions in order to grow in my professional path.
