The programmers seem to think llike HR and Finance people, not like users of a Student Information System. Industry-wide common "normal" terminology is changed either for no discernable reason, becasue the commmon terminology wasn't known, or because the terms had already been used for something else in the HR or Finance modules. Persons are considered employees furst - either an employee or a stuudent worker, and theiir role as students is secondary. **What problems is Workday Spend Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's relatively affordable as an ERP. ### 2.
