It is so intuitive, easy to you, quick clicks and readily available access. You can separate candidates linked to a role vs candidate pipelines. You can build and copy roles and correlate them to open vacancies within the organisation keeping the open vacancies/people on leave/temp covers open and streamlined. Before workday recruiting we used ICIMS and used workday for all other HR processes.
