I am not a recruiter but a data scientist. 1. slow response 2. you cannot change funnel steps 3. you cannot add tags 4. you cannot rank or order candidates by order of preference 5. you cannot search by keyword in CV 6. ugly 90's UI 7. going over tens of CV and ranking them is a nightmare 8. @mentioning someone is so slow and non automatic 9. You have to remember certain combinations of numbers and letters to be able to get to certain spots on the site.
