By having a all in one product, you may lose on some of the capabilities that other products on the market offer however, this is a great one-stop shop for all HR needs that you can use. Workday is certainly an effective system. Our company implemented it a bit too soon, but it's been able to handle every challenge we've thrown at it so far.
