Workday Learning, powered by Sana, delivers AI-powered learning that unlocks organizational knowledge, drives skill development, and operates reliably at scale. Many organizations struggle with fragmented learning stacks, time-consuming course authoring, and static content that leaves learners disengaged and disconnects learning from daily work. Workday Learning addresses these challenges by delivering an AI-native experience. A personal AI tutor, interactive courses, and smart search drive stronger retention and performance improvement. Collaborative authoring allows teams to turn internal knowledge into engaging content in hours. Grounded in Workday data, organizations can automate enrollment, assignments, and notifications while maintaining enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance. Unifying learning, talent, and HR data in one system of record, Workday eliminates manual administration and gives leaders a data-driven view from learning investments to strategic business outcomes.
