Creating a central hub for the Talent Advisors to source, match, work with their hiring managers, and manage candidates all while reducing the manual administrative work that can take over the time that could be spent doing value add work. It also helps us bring all of the data of talent we already have and continually match them to opportunities instead of losing them on excel spreadsheets or in databases of the CRM and ATS. The look & Feel of the system, the amazing performance (Even though we have so much data in our company, it didn't impact the performance of the system), and last but not least, the spectacular customer orientation of the teams. Always attentive, listening to the customer need and really taking them into consideraiton in their plans. The automatic ranking based on the comparison between job description and resume, as it not only encourages us to have good JDs as an employer brand but also facilitates our screening in the initial selection phase. The platform still does not allow filtering candidates who have desirable requirements, it only shows us who does not have the mandatory ones. At a selection moment, it is important for us to have this visibility. Another important point is the fact that the "send correspondence" option for rejected candidates is below the rejection button, causing us to sometimes forget to send the feedback email to the candidates, impacting our candidate experience. Screening service, fetch, ranking and team support. They are so kind and proactive to help us. The HiredScore is amanzing tool for HR. Since we have this platform we could optimize our candidates screening. We spent a lot of time and now we can focus in some strategic activities. It is also good to manager our candidates Step status and also requisition. It is perfect to manager your KPIs filled positon, status, volume, etc We also have ranking and Fetch recomendation for each position Not only the platform is good, but the support is really nice we can ask for more fetch recomendation, customizations and trainning. We cannot use only one system we need to use Taleo and Hiredscore. I do not like to open tickets to solve my problems, maybe we can have a chat or something more fast. And we dont have time to give feedback all the time as we would like to do. Could be more integrated with Linkedin sometimes we click and do not open the candidate profile.
