Their implementation plan and team are rock-solid and as long as the client is prepared with the information they need to keep on track, they will deliver on time. Superb tech team that really knows their integrations well. Product is solid and continues to improve. Customer success team assists with post-hypercare to ensure all recruiters understand how to leverage the tool well. The team is open to feedback on product enhancements and unique challenges to each company and accommodates as much as possible, and on time. They are the bar to which I measure all other vendor performance. Recruiters love this tool for how efficient it makes their lives and it's great how the AI continues to improve its matches over time. Faster ability to identify top talent who have applied to reqs, faster ability to review candidates across all reqs every day, reduces clicks and wait time of ATS to bring up each candidate (have used HiredScore with Workday and Taleo). Ability to re-surface past candidates who are great fits for current openings--these are warm leads who already want to work at the company. Have already hired 5 re-surfaced previous candidates in the few shorts months since we went live. Also looking to integrate with our CRM to be able to identify top talent who have not applied yet but are in our database for review. I've had the amazing opportunity through JLL to pilot the recruiting platform, HiredScore - let me tell you, as a recruiter who receives a high volume of applications, HiredScore has been a serious GAMECHANGER. In a challenging market where things are constantly changing, this platform has helped me expand my candidate pool for difficult searches through Fetch sourcing, keep my hiring managers engaged through the process, and streamline the candidate screening process across the board. I returned from vacation to exciting news! I received the highest adoption rate of HiredScore through the JLL platform pilot program in the Americas! The Dynamic Fetch feature is phenomenal. It allows the sourcer to easily find candidates with desired qualities. It saves time and eliminates the need to use another platform. The user can skirt this issue by going directly to Dynamic Fetch. Since Fetch is supposed to provide highly qualified candidates, perhaps a tweak could be made to limit overqualified candidates. Both core products (spotlight & fetch) position our recruiters to optimize their workflow and focus on providing strong candidate and hiring manager experiences. The technology's AI and machine learning allow our recruiters to get their most important tasks completed in a fraction of the time. Our recruiters really enjoy the simplified and intuitive user interface and how it compliments our applicant tracking system's core functionality. Given Hiredscore's relentless focus on the user, some of the administrator's experience has been deprioritized. For instance, self-service license management and utilization reporting are not yet available. I'm confident has Hiredscore continues to mature their admin capability will become more robust.
