I find Workday HCM to be a very effective and user-friendly platform for managing HR and related processes. It makes accessing payroll, benefits, time-off requests, and employee records incredibly easy, all in a single place. The interface is modern and intuitive, which helps simplify daily tasks for both employees and management. I also appreciate the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. One of the standout features for me is the reporting capabilities, which are detailed and customizable, allowing quick access to important information in real-time. I find Workday HCM very helpful from hire to tracking all the employees and contingent worker details. I particularly appreciate the Business Process feature, which includes approval steps and the ability to add condition rules for validation. The validation rule is beneficial, for instance, it allows me to manage requirements like not needing an SSN number for certain countries. I also think Workday HCM is more accessible than Oracle. I've used to for learning and training and found it to be an easy to navigate system. Search can be inconsistent, finding learning content is sometimes harder than it should be because course naming and tagging depend on how the company set it up. But that's a company specific issue. This has a direct impact on faster decision-making and better workforce planning. The integration with Teams works overall well, and the initial setup required very minimal effort.
