Evisort made it easy to get started by allowing us to bulk upload all of our agreements. After that, the onboarding process was exceptionally helpful and the resources they provide made it a no brainer to get everything set up. So far, I have found their implementation team to be outstanding. My company has a somewhat complex corporate structure (90 legal entities across multiple different industries). Throughout the onboarding process, they have worked to bring us solutions that will help us succeed within the system. Additionally, we have found the document repository to be really useful.

The most significant improvement opportunity for Evisort is during the pre-implementation sales process. Most companies looking for a CLM are not in a position to know exactly what they need, particularly regarding workflows and document capacity. Most companies seeking a CLM are looking for a solution, not software. The pre-implementation sales team is more focused on selling the software than understanding the problems potential clients are trying to solve. As a result, companies might agree to terms with Evisort (say for 5 workflows and a 60 day implementation), without realizing that they actually need 10 workflows and a 90 day implementation.

The sales process would be much improved if the front-end sales team helped clients identify the problems they are trying to solve, and then worked with them to understand their actual needs.

Lastly, it was very hard to even get ballpark cost estimates for several weeks. My inability to bring even roughed-out potential cost ranges back to my team created a lot of internal challenges when "selling" evisort to my executive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to seamlessly integrate with Sharepoint to pull over all of your data and documents is very helpful. The organization is easily customized to mimic your existing structure with the added bonus of more efficient search functions and filters which make it easy to find your documents without spending hours searching through files and folders. Evisort's customer service is incredible - the time they are willing to spend on training, answering questions, etc., is absolutely unbeatable! If you work with loads of contracts and documents, I would highly recommend considering Evisort. I also love that it tracks dates so you can easily tell when contracts are renewing/expiring. As someone who came into a company that was already using Evisort, it took me some time to get up to speed and feel comfortable using Evisort. The learning curve can be a little confusing and overwhelming at first since it is such a powerful tool. But, once you figure out how it operates, it is fairly self-explanatory. Evisort makes AI workflows approachable to the general user, enabling users to get quick wins and practical benefits from Evisort's machine learning models. Bulk tagging is a unique approach that blends results and usability - it just works for most use cases of training the system on custom provisions. With just a few samples, you can start to see the system crawling and finding variations of your provisions that you didn't know existed. This functionality is key to supplement the out of the box models with concepts specific to your contracts that may not exist anywhere else or in the public domain.

Additionally, the API is another strong point. It's well documented, easy to use, and enables you to plug Evisort into a broader contract pipeline easily. I find the ability to create/update documents useful in building contract pipelines, but also the ability to use execute searches across the entire contract base through the API enables complete flexibility with different implementation and UI approaches.
