Maybe the most time-consuming part might be a sign-up or user account creation. this page needs to be short and quick to go through and probably the verification process can be simplified. It is solving the problem of complex forms and the multi-page form that is being created and needs to be fulfilled and most of them are compulsory. There isn't really anything I like about workday benefits. I do believe Workday could be a powerful program but it is not user friendly and only creates frustration.
