One area that could be improved is the user experience for new users. Some of the advanced planning and reporting features take time to learn, so more built-in guidance would be helpful. I've also noticed that larger planning models can sometimes take longer to load or refresh. Improving performance in those situations and making advanced features easier to navigate would make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
