**What do you like best about WorkCompass?**

Workcompace has many options,but I used employee service which is good. Also the UI managed well so you easily navigate.

**What do you dislike about WorkCompass?**

If I talk about negetive then Reporting module, performance management it can be improve.

**What problems is WorkCompass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it's managed well payment related work like time off submission leave salary calculation etc.
