Some users have had difficulty with logging in and uploading documents. This can be resolved with the chat feature or signing up for office hours, but a candidate/new hire facing step-by-step guide could help our less tech-savvy employees in the future. I love that WorkBright is up to the minute with any I-9 legislative changes and if I need clarification on a change, all I have to do is make an appointment to speak to one of their Support Reps and there is no down time. I also love that our employees, actually our new hire candidates, understand their part when they log into WorkBright initially to complete their I-9. Their customer support is outstanding. Our employees are all over Florida and in over 15 states, with many being remote. The ID verification is difficult for many new hires since they work from home and are not close to an "Authorized User", i.e. an employee belonging to our same company. WorkBright's ID verification process is simple, vetted through geo-mapping the reviewer and is simple to use as long as both parties read the instructions and don't rush through it. For us, as a seasonal employer Workbright has many features that we needed for staff who are working seasonal positions, different rates for different jobs, being able to create separate contracts for different jobs for same person. Being able to activate and de-activate employees at the end of the season. Once they return for the next season it saves what paperwork already completed and I can mark which forms I needed completed each season. I also really like that I can run reports from any field we create in Workbright or from PDF forms we create. I just found out that creating reports in Paylocity will not not be able to do that. We just moved payroll platforms over to Paylocity and we switched over to onboarding with Paylocity and only now am I realizing how much simpler and less work it was for Workbright paperwork. I am sad to have to move away from it. But I don't have a choice at this point. Love the fact that Workbright is a Boulder, CO company and really were amazing at working with us on a non-profit rate for our small company. I like the office hours feature where if I need to talk with someone I can just schedule a short call and get immediate help. I would highly recommend Workbright for On-boarding! Seasonal staff who move around positions in winter or summer or as interns. Keeping track of who has completed what paperwork and who still needs to complete paperwork is very helpful. It benefits me by streamlining the entire onboarding process, reducing back-and-forth communication, and allowing me to focus more on recruiting and less on paperwork.
