I do not receive any notification when someone's paperwork is complete. It can be difficult to find people once the work is complete. I wouldn't say I like the way you send notifications to employees to fill out their paperwork or the insistence on you looking at the documents within 3 days. Very easy to create a new employee or prospective employee and send them an offer in seconds. Love the eVerify integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WorkBright? It is difficult or impossible to make small changes to one offer for one employee, like add a line or edit a line in the offer letter. I would like to see the program generate the offer letter from the stored template, but then let me edit that one instance before sending it. I also find it difficult to create rules and adjust who gets one documents in a way that is easy to understand. The product is best for smaller businesses, and I think we will eventually grow out of it. I also find that new-document creation often requires tech support, which can take days. We came from an all paper atmosphere for onboarding. WorkBright has allowed us to stop wasting so much paper and has made it more convenient for the locations to hire for themselves. Implimentation was thorough and offered enough support. Additional forms have been fairly painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WorkBright? I only dislike 2 things: 1. The only unique identifier is the email address. We have to audit to make sure we don't have duplicate SS numbers. 2. When you add a form to a group, you don't have an option to make it only for new employees past that point. It distributes to everyone that is active unless you add another group. We are able to get paperwork done much more efficiently and it is handled by our managers instead of having to have employees go to a central location. it saves a lot of time and paper in that we dont have to print anything out anymore. We are a fully distrubuted company with workers across the world. We have US employees spread across 20+ states.
