We switched over to Workbooks a little over a year ago, and it has been a great change. I think the thing I like most about Workbooks is the reporting feature. I can build very in-depth reports to ensure I get the information I need. I no longer have a keep multiple spreadsheets to keep up with legal documents and their expiration dates. They layout is clean and information is easy to find. The staff is very helpful and bubbly. We never ran across anything they couldn't do. Workbooks has made my day to day tasks easier. The amount of flexibility. There are really powerful feature that are very easy to pick up straight out of the box. Customising the interface, what data is collected etc. could be difficult in other solutions but is an utter breeze with Workbooks. If you invest in training in an areas such as reporting then really you have a huge degree of flexibiity. It's great that Workbooks focuses on enableing the customer to get work done.
