"Business Management Using Workbooks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workbooks?

We were using several stand alone programs to accomplish what we are now doing using Workbooks alone. We are now quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and job costing all within Workbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

There is nothing that I would can say that I dislike about Workbooks. The people have been very responsive from our first contact with the sales team through the development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workbooks?

I really like how Workbooks CRM smoothly combines different business functions, providing customized solutions that are specifically tailored to our Neds. Their interactive demo gave me a firsthand experience of the system's capabilities, and their exceptional customer support ensures that I can effectively utilize their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

Workbooks is a useful platform for managing customer relationships. However, new users may find it difficult to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jean Hardie-Matthews of Workbooks

Hi Sanket. Thanks for your positive review of Workbooks, which is appreciated.

I noted your remark about how new users might find it difficult to get started, which is something we'd like to address. I would drop you line but cannot find your details on our system and I'm not clear who your employer is. On that basis, if you'd be kind enough to contact either your Workbooks Account Manager or me ( via success@workbooks.com) we would be delighted to help.

Thanks.

"Exceptional CRM Software for Business Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Workbooks?

I’ve been a user of Workbooks CRM for around 4 years now, and I must say, this CRM software has exceeded my expectations in every way, and here's why:

1. Highly Configurable and Flexible: Workbooks offers a level of configurability and flexibility that’s comparable to the big players in the CRM space such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics but at a fraction of the cost and with a simpler user interface to boot. It provides a wide range of customisation options, from fields and workflows to automations and reports. This flexibility ensures that the software can adapt seamlessly to unique business processes and requirements, rather than forcing you to conform to a rigid system.

2. Scalable: As your business grows, Workbooks is perfectly capable of growing with you. Its scalability allows you to start small and expand as needed, safe in the knowledge that you won’t have to switch CRM again in the future. The ability to scale without disruption is vital for any business, and Workbooks excels in this regard.

3. Integrability: One of the standout features of Workbooks is its comprehensive API which allows Workbooks be seamlessly connect with almost anything, from email marketing platforms to accounting software and beyond.

4. Quality Support: Customer support is often a make-or-break factor when choosing software, and Workbooks shines in this department. Their UK-based support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. You won’t be left on hold for hours or left waiting for days to a reply to your email; and there is a lot to be said for that when choosing a CRM.

In conclusion, Workbooks is a top-tier CRM solution that ticks all the boxes. Its high configurability and flexibility, scalability, seamless integration capabilities through a robust API, and quality support make it a standout choice for businesses of all sizes. If you're looking for a CRM software that can effectively manage your customer relationships, adapt to your needs, grow with your business, and provide exceptional support, you need look no further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

Workbooks has very few faults when compared with other CRM's, but I would like to see the following improvements in the near future:

1. The ability to make changes in a sandbox environment and then push them to a live environment. While you can create test databases with ease, any changes you make will need to be subsequently recreated in the live environment.

2. Have the option for system admins to login as other users, this would make providing support to users much easier.

3. A drag-and-drop form editor would be a nice touch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jean Hardie-Matthews of Workbooks

We couldn't be happier with your fantastic 5* review of the Workbooks platform and appreciate the time you've put into writing such comprehensive feedback, thank you!

It's great to see that you've capitalised on lots of the product strengths, customising it to suit your requirements and using the API to integrate with other tools, but also relying on standard features too. It's heartening to hear your feedback about the support team, who work very hard and we're delighted to see their efforts recognised. I've asked them to check that enhancement requests exist for the 3 improvements you've mentioned.

Whilst appreciating that you've chosen to stay anonymous on G2, we'd love to have the chance to say thank you in person and discuss how you're using the software - perhaps you'd be kind enough to contact me directly: jean.hardie-matthews@workbooks.com (Customer Support Manager). I hope to hear from you soon.

"Workbooks is my complete client and company database"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workbooks?

A one-stop centre that stores all my clients' details and our meeting records. Its interface is also easy to navigate. Notifications of new leads are prompted to us. It's better than using an Excel spreadsheet to track everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

There are different ways of recording meetings, introductions which may or may not be directly reflected on our KPI board. Whenever we record any introduction, Workbooks could not remind us when is it time to follow up with that person. Because each client's details are not mandatory to be filled, it will be hard for people to actually do anything with it. What's most important is his/her email address, followed with their phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jean Hardie-Matthews of Workbooks

Hi Doctor. Thank you for your review of Workbooks and your positive feedback, which is really appreciated. It sounds like Workbooks is fulfilling one of our primary aims, which is providing multiple users with a common view of data in one central place, so that's great.

You mention not being able to set reminders to follow up with people but, depending on how you're using the system, there are a couple of ways to do that. For example, each Task and Meeting record has a reminder checkbox where you can set the date and time that you want to be reminded of an action. Alternatively, some customers prefer to configure Dashboards to provide information to the user of what they should be doing on any given day.

With regards to mandatory fields, again, it is possible to set these to be required, although of course, it depends on who is filling in the forms and whether or not they would know those pieces of data at the time they're completing the record.

It could be that simple changes to the configuration of your system could assist in removing any frustrations you have with the system. Do have a chat with your System Administrator about your concerns, as they do have the power to make changes.

Thanks again for a great review.

"Great product, great customer services"
5/5
What do you like best about Workbooks?

As a marketing manager, Workbooks has a clean UX design thats easy to use and train new members on. We've had a positive experience with different teams in workbooks, from initial on-boarding, our client relations manager to the help desk. Communications surrounding updates are concise and very useful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

Workbooks is great for our needs, there are some limitations on number of characters you can filter on, but nothing major. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jean Hardie-Matthews of Workbooks

"Function rich and highly configurable"
4/5
What do you like best about Workbooks?

Whilst Workbooks comes with so much functionality 'out of the box', it's highly configurable. Whilst this isn't necessarily easy for the layperson, Workbooks provide great training, assistance and support. They are regularly enhancing the product to release new features. The reporting tool is very powerful and enables pretty much any data to be combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workbooks?

As with any software product there's a few bugs and things that could be better, but these are minor and in no way get in the way of the overall experience, which is positive. The integration with Communigator could be slicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
